  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • If we’re unable to ship to your location after checkout, we will contact you to arrange the best solution.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

  • You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

  • Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential costs.

Please note:

  • Any import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery or customs processing.

  • Nevcase does not control these fees and cannot estimate the amount in advance.

  • If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the package is returned or abandoned by customs:

    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any fees incurred during the return process.

    • You will receive a refund for the product value only, minus any return shipping or additional handling costs.

    • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Customs rules differ widely between countries, and customs processing may also affect delivery timelines.
