Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Products purchased directly from nevcase.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.

You may return an item for any reason within this period and place a new order for an alternative product if desired.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be returned unopened and in original factory-sealed condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged)

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Quality Related Returns

For returns not caused by defects or errors on our part:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Only the returned item(s) will be refunded, not the total order value

  • Discounted items will be refunded at the discounted purchase price

  • Refunds apply to the product cost only

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email hello@nevcase.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the item. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with this video included. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Promotional or free gift items

  • Bulk orders (defined as orders of 10 or more units of the same product)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Third-Party Purchases

Products purchased through third-party platforms, marketplaces, or authorized retailers (such as Amazon or other distributors) are subject to the return and refund policies of those sellers. Please contact the original seller directly for assistance.

International & EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
